BETA
What does Beta mean?
"Beta" is a term for a website or piece of software that's still in a testing mode. Before officially releasing a site, developers often put it out in Beta mode to identify bugs in the system and encourage feedback from users.
Why is this site in Beta?
This site is built with a focus on giving our users what they want and need out of their mobile phone experience. We want to let you shape the content of the site, and as such, we're leaving ourselves open to changes. That's why it's so important to us to get as much feedback as possible from our customers. The more you communicate with us, the closer we can bring the site to meeting your needs.
Are there any improvements you're already working on?
There are several areas that we know need improvement. Our Forums section, for instance, is currently under construction while we streamline the service to provide you with the smoothest experience possible. Our Apps section will also see some re-tooling in the coming weeks, making it easier to find and purchase the hottest new applications for your smartphone.
What do you want to know?
We're interested in anything that helps you improve your mobile phone experience. Want to see more instructional videos? Don't like the layout of our news feed? Don't understand our glossary definitions? Let us know and we'll have a look at the issue. This site is all about you, after all!
